Tourists aren't the only ones attracted to the stunning views and scenic vistas of Mulholland Drive. More than a few celebrities have gone so far as to purchase property along the historic thoroughfare, adding a little star power to the already popular pass. If you've got some time to waste during your upcoming vacation, Johnny Parks LAX Parking highly recommends stopping and taking pictures at any one of the following celebrity estates. If you're not a big celebrity stalker-type, don't worry - there are still plenty of exciting sights located along Mulholland Drive. If you begin your journey at the eastern terminus of the road (at the Cahuenga Pass on Cahuenga Boulevard), you'll enjoy a number of stunning roadside vistas overlooking downtown Los Angeles, Burbank, Universal City and eventually, the rest of the San Fernando Valley. A section of the road will eventually turn into an unpaved path perfect for those looking to enjoy a little outdoor exercise. LAX parking customers can pick up paved road again just east of Topanga Canyon Boulevard. At this point, Mulholland Drive splits in two, continuing as Mulholland Drive as well as Mulholland Highway. Mulholland Drive terminates at U.S. Route 101, while the Highway continues southwest until it ends at California State Route 1. LAX parking customers are encouraged to follow either road as both provide outstanding views of the surrounding landscape.
A scenic tour of the California countryside would be nothing without a road trip along Mulholland Drive. For more detailed directions please feel free to purchase a local map during your Johnny Parks LAX parking vacation.
